Where Classic Architecture Meets Modern Windows

There is a particular kind of elegance that only glass can bring to a luxury villa facade. At Al Fanous, we recently completed a stunning modern window installation at Pearl Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most coveted waterfront addresses. This project captures everything we stand for: precision glazing, clean execution, and a finished result that elevates the entire property.

The Project at a Glance

Pearl Jumeirah is a community where architectural standards are exceptionally high. The villa we worked on follows a classical European design language, white stone facades, ornate cornicing, wrought iron balcony railings, and grand proportions throughout. Our role was to complement that architecture with glazing that felt intentional, refined, and built to last.

The modern windows we installed span full floor-to-ceiling heights in the main reception areas, creating dramatic glass walls that connect the interior living spaces to the landscaped gardens outside. On the upper floors and secondary elevations, we installed slimmer framed units that maintain visual continuity across the facade without interrupting the architectural detailing.

The result is a villa that reads as one coherent design from the outside, with glazing that enhances rather than competes with its classical surroundings.

What Makes These Modern Windows Stand Out

The glass specification for this project was chosen carefully. Dark tinted, high-performance glazing was selected to manage solar heat gain while giving the exterior its distinctive tone. Against the bright white stonework of the facade, the dark glass creates a sharp, sophisticated contrast that photographs beautifully and reads even better in person.

The framing system uses slim aluminum profiles, finished in a dark color to match the glass. This approach minimizes the visual weight of the frames and allows the glass itself to dominate, which is exactly the intention in a design like this. Every unit was measured and fabricated to fit the specific openings, with no standard sizing used across the project.
